What is IBPS PO Entrance Exam?

IBPS Bank PO-Entrance Exam is taken for entering into 19 Banks at managerial level of India. Once you clear prelim-exam, you are called for Main Exam and then for Interview.

What is Bank PO?

Probationary Officer In Banks (PO)- are recruited for managerial level work and post by banks for their management, they draw salary from 20,000 to 45,000 per month. There are mainly two PO exam. Once is conducted by IBPS in which there are total of 19 banks associated and another is SBI PO.

Eligibility for IBPS BANK PO

1) AGE                        : 20 TO 30 YEARS  ( +3 years for OBC, +5 years SC/ST category )

2) QUALIFICATION    :Graduation

3) Certificate in Computer Operations OR Should have completed SCI/IT as a subject in School / College.

What is IBPS?

It is the organisation which takes common exam for all bank probationary officers in india.

IBPS, an autonomous body registered under Societies Registration Act 1860 and a

Public Trust under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950, has been authorised by IBA and has

received a mandate from the 12 Public Sector Banks listed below to conduct the

Common Written Examination. The CWE for Probationary Officer/ Management

Trainee posts will be conducted once a year by IBPS.
