NIMCET - Entrance : National Institute of Technology Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test is an exam conducted for admissions to MCA programmes. 

Eligibility: The basic NIMCET eligibility criteria require Indian candidates to be graduates in Science/ IT/ CA/ Technology or Engineering, with at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA. NIMCET is the gateway to admission into M.C.A. 

The scores of NIMCET will be accepted by NITs at Agartala, Allahabad, IIT Bhopal, Calicut, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Patna, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), and Warangal.
